Nitrofreeze is proud to offer the SUPER SHOTBOY® line of batch cryogenic deburring and deflashing systems. The SUPER SHOTBOY® (SSB) systems are designed and built to meet the most exacting demands of the industry. These machines offer high productivity with a significant reduction in operational costs. Combined with the variability to meet a wide range of materials and sizes, the SSB line is quickly becoming a favorite of plastic and rubber molders and machiners alike.

TECHNICAL & OPERATINGSPECIFICATIONS
Power Requirements: 120 VAC, 20 AMP, 50/60 HZ, grounded. Media Throwing Wheel: 4″ Diameter with a speed range to 20,000 RPM for high velocity impact. Motor is an Electric Brushless/DC, with Direct Drive hook-up and matching Controller Board. Parts Basket: (Stainless Steel) SB-10= 10″ dia. x 10″ deep Perforation is 0.250 Ø standard.
Refrigerant: Liquid Nitrogen at -320º F. at 25 PSIG maximum. Gaseous Nitrogen: Using an ambient vaporizer (250 scfh) to create GN 2 for the media assist system. Controls: Cycle timer, 0 to 60 minutes. Digital temperature controller with set point and actual temperature display. Throwing wheel speed control dial; digital readout tachometer for throwing wheel speed. Parts basket speed control dial.
Media Flow System: Gaseous Nitrogen or Clean/Dry Shop Air (30/35 PSIG). Media Type: System can operate utilizing any plastic blast media. Insulation: 2″ Thick rigid, high density polyurethane foam for cold containment around inner blast chamber.
